The Alive Man

Sex Ed for the Adult Man

They taught us how sex works.

Nobody taught us how to be sexual men.

So, most of us were left to figure out desire, rejection, performance, worth, and intimacy on our own.

  • Desire
  • Rejection
  • Embodiment
  • Sexual energy
  • Presence
  • Polarity
  • Intimacy
  • Sex

The Problem

Most of us were taught the mechanics of sex. But nobody taught us what to do with desire. What rejection would awaken in us. Why being wanted could become tied to our worth. How easily sex could become performance. Or how disconnected we could become from our own bodies while trying to be good at it.

We learned how our bodies worked. We didn't learn how to inhabit them.

The Alive Man

I'm creating the sex education I wish I'd received as a man.

A practical, embodied exploration of desire, presence, sexual energy, rejection, intimacy, and polarity — and what it means to become a man who is fully alive.

Why I'm Creating It

I'm not creating The Alive Man because I've mastered sexuality. I'm creating it because I've lived the disconnection.

I've known what it is to attach worth to performance, to confuse desire with need, and to live disconnected from my own body while looking successful from the outside.

What changed my life wasn't learning another technique. It was learning how to feel, inhabit my body, hold desire, and become more alive.

This is the education I wish someone had given me decades ago.
